if you have not heard back by 12-14 days and that is still the status. I would email them..as they either haven't got it or cant open it...or the heading doesn't contain enough info etc etc.......

The last 3 were 27 days to 32 days..Good luck guys, hope you hear soon!! let us know for future applications. The info also is that there was good and early availability for appointments.

they are running from submission of file around 4 weeks, to invitation for interview, judging by the last 3 I have seen..

you can email them...there is a link and they usually reply in 48 hrs...it is better than ringing as the call centre dont have the info

That was my understanding too. But I've been told that someone had experience of purchasing another business before the first one closed and the visa continued...I am wondering if they kept the llc...

If someone is on an E2 and sells his llc is the visa defunct...
Or can the proceeds be put into a new e2 visa situation, without being landlocked?? Thanks

A lease is required for e2, so work from home is a no no..we had to give documentary evidence of our lease.
With lack of credit, you could be asked for 6mths rent in advance, which could be anything...

It is extremely hard to find reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable workers, but when you find them, you pay them to keep them. mine are absolute gems...

Does it need to be the same day school closes. He is in an apartment not campus, have furniture etc to dispose of.

I am going on holiday with very good neighbours. he splits time between UK Australia and usa...

When.a UK expat splits time within the usa and worldwide (UK and australia..Australia being main base/work).. and they can only be in the USA a limited time..for tax purposes if they holiday directly...

Net profit is marginal..assume the owner doing more hours to account for drop in turnover but not net. Are there any other owner benefits to add back in?how much equipment or vehicles are included . ...

How many are in your household.
Were your committed funds subject to visa?
