thanks guys. I called them and they said they were processing August 2001 dates?!!!
I think it would only be fair that we don't have to pay taxes until INS recognizes us and processes our files in...

AOS Interview completed but still no approval letter

We had our AOS interview last March 15th and it went real well. 5 months later we are still waiting for the letter for approval (waiting on security check).

I was told it can take up to 24 months!...

My wife and I went for the AOS interview on April 15th, 2003 where the interview went very well. WIth a change in procedures, we were unable to have my passport stamped and given immediate approval....
