You are definitely not alone.

I'm from LOW RISK COUNTRY and my application lodged on NOV 2007, however I have not yet found who is my CO.

Hopefully no offense to anyone, the CSL is a bit unfair...

Take it easy.. there is nothing unfair from my point of view. Before u blame why ETA runs so slow these weeks u should think about how fast they process E-lodgement last few months.

I do believe that 176/175(MODL) could be slightly faster than 175 (without MODL points). However, the processing speed (offshore/paper) goes very slow in the recent weeks and fingers...
