Can anyone advise if you still need 65 points if an Australian employer can offer you a permanent job? I think we are short of 65 points for State sponsorship so we were considering this option.

Hi there, this might sound stupid but we never actually saw the visa as it was electronically sent to our passports. I will try to find out if there was a enter by date.

I have been reading all your comments about city & guilds for chefs. My husband is a head chef with over 20 years experience but never completed his 706/2. He has never needed it in the UK/Ireland...
