We did! Just before Christmas. Passage to India is on Front Street in Harrisburg, by the river, it's really easy to find :)

We currently pay $912 for our HOA here and although garbage & lawn maintenance is included, pretty much that's all it gets us. I don't mind the CC&Rs - we knew about them when we moved in and it...

Well we're not exactly enamoured with N Cal - at the risk of offending a few.....there are way too many rednecks and we just don't like the whole social thing here (what there is, that is)....

Thanks for that info .....any opinions on Jacksonville? I've heard it's very high crime & old neighborhoods, but there are a lot of jobs there it appears. Are there any nice areas around there?
