It depends on what you put as your main method of contact. If it was email, then they send an email with attachments and you just print out.

Thats ok if you have flown enough to get to silver level, which is a lot of airmiles. Maybe we should have done all past trips to Oz on the same airline then could have achieved that level, trouble...

Thats interesting about rentals, we sold our house in Feb 2007, but still have Mortgage statements from then. Since then we have lived in an American RV Motorhome so don't have any recent points...
