Really i'm trying to find out if the 'stated' 6 month is most peoples experience in moving 457 visa to PR.

We moved to NZ in July 07 and have lived in Auckland and Wellington but its time to move to OZ and have chosen Brisbane.....

Yep had for a long time and its great.

We stream all our music and movies to our house media system via it and rent movies from Apple on a regular basis.

You need an itunes account to rent...

We rent a house in Lower Hutt, Wellington thats worth probably 1.4m at least and rented a place in Auckland that was worth considerably more.

Rent on high end houses is much much cheaper than...
