i also received the same letter as did my brother in law on the properties we were buying. i have spoken to our solicitor who has given us a coupe of options. None are awe inspiring but one is to try...

there was a lady on the beach at isla canela at the opposite end to the riu atlantico hotel. she was by the beach bar where the road comes into the beach area - she had a sign up offering massages...
