nice job that mate, i agree about the skirting, be sure to cut out the bottom of the architraves allowing room to tuck under, you dont want any cut of the wood exposed.

here in the uk i would charge about £10 per m2, i was hoping this thread would shed some light on the pricing differances.

my advice would be to ask around and find someone tidy to do it for you,...

got advised to do aqf3 assessment to pass tra as my experiance dont cut the mustard.

its costing me £2000 and im doing it monday over 2 days. bricking it!

if i pass, the m.e reckons its plain...
