Did you try to explain in writing to DIAC why you would like to change your application and claim additional points for e.g. spouse qualifications.... and made clear that you are caught in the Bond...

As far as I know, every State has different criteria.
When I was trying to find out about State sponsorship I went through the relevant web page of each State, went through the list of needed...

I can only confirm what Sankan mentioned already,and furthermore it has to be a study equivalent to a Bachelor study.

We had a written confirmation from her school and that apparently did the trick.

Hi, we have applied early August 07 and so far no CO has contacted us. We have frequently asked for the contact details of our CO but nothing yet!
