Immigration NZ work under a policy criteria for determining medical conditions. They will consider whether you are likely to be a burden on the health system in NZ in addition to other criteria.

I would advise you to wait until your EOI has been selected before you arrange medicals etc. From my experience this can cause problems if you arrange everything before the EOI.
