thanksyou i appreciate the help and no I am not being nasty I am just completely frustrated by the system of qualified immigration lawyers here in Florida, that are happy to take money and gamble...

Yeh 'I get it' Thanks for for the sarcasm, my information comes from a qualified immigration lawyer here in Florida, so what hope in hell do any of us have . :)

Sorry I mean't to say he would give in his VWP when he flew out of newark on his way to canada, my mistake and then try to re-enter usa on valid i-94

Ok I understand that so what if we went to the mexican border handed in the vwp, then onto the embassy for a renewal of our E2 Visa.

I would wait to get the decision on the pending I-94 extensions before I went any where, but I would go back to London if they are denied and apply for the E2 there.

We have i-94 extension's pending, I was thinking that once he came back to the usa on a vwp he invalidated his i-94 before it had been extended. But I was thinking if we got the i-94 extensions...
