Surely if you have only stayed in the country for a few days, your PR application is likely to fail?

But if you are right, would it be a lot of hassle for the company to revert to CAD?

That's surprising... I thought she would have to be tied down to her AEO for years until she could get PR.

So basically after a year she can get a PR and then work for whoever she wants in Canada?
