the reason why i was refused was a driving fine over in england and because i had appeared in court in the last 12months ( 5 yrs a go now ) i thought i needed a visa, but actually when i got there...

sorry if this post appears twice, i only wished i could go over and see her, but i was refused a visa under section 214b,(4 yearsa go when she was born)not tried since because her circumstances...

no shes not got a bank account in her name, i no she gets food stamps so they do no she excists because she had to give her name when she had the child 4 years ago, plus when she 1st went i sent the...

not looking good at the minute is it, i have told her not to do it the illegal way because her husband could have his daughter sent back to him if she did, i know she will be wishing she listened to...

he says she can take her, but he wont sign anything, she wrote down i give you permittion etc and he just screwed it up. shes tried to talk to him but he wont talk. she has no money for lawyers, shes...
