Has anyone got one for sale or know of a cheap way of getting one. I tried the canadian nurses website and they wanted 75 dollars for the book ok with that but then an additional 190 dollars postage...

I am looking more for community work rather than hospital - whats the climate like there? and opportunities for my partner - he is a roofer self employed also has HGV but I believe that doesnt count...
