I am confident that if my employer could find an american with my skills and experience then he would employ an american - as he has not, it appears he needs me!

H2B Visa held for 3-years/to Green Card

I've been working in Cape Cod and Nantucket for 3-years for the same employer on an H2B Visa. Does anyone know if I would be eligible to apply for a green card/permanent residency.
