We are Nov 08 175, we have heard nothing either. Lots of people seem to be getting CO and Visa grants and still we hear nothing :frown:

All applicants who applied before Dec 2008 and their occupations are in schedule 3, they have been assigned with CO



This is not so, we are in Cat 3 Nov 08 applicant, we have no case...

Is it right to assume that not having a case officer now with the Cat 2's being allocated CO's, I'm in for another long wait..? :frown:

No, I applied 2008 and according to my agent he has given me a timeline of 12 to 18 months before our application is looked at and we lodged 2008 :(
I really hope he is wrong :fingerscrossed: but...

I have been told by my agent to expect to wait another year before application is processed, yes, we are on the new SOL Group 3 too :thumbdown:

I am thinking we will need a miracle more than luck...
