Thanks Liffi for all the info. As we are only at the beginning of our move we are not sure which road to take. Should we be looking for jobs now and try for the work permit or follow the skilled...

Thanks everyone for your feed back it is all very interesting and helpful. My hubby is a hostel srevices manager for the Simon Community NI which in short means he manages homeless hostels, budgets...
