Well, mine had expired last year..cic made me apply for a restoration of status which i'm assuming they've approved,since they've sent me a letter without any sort of ominous threats. So yeah, also...

My Employer sent the LMO to the Vancouver Branch, so probably it'll take way longer, a viable source told me that they're just processing applications up till June 17..and as for an original LMO, no...

My employer applied for an LMO last Sept. and my visa expired last May, I've already filed for a restoration of status and received a letter from them asking me to give them a notification asap once...
