1) In order to file at the embassy your wife has to be resident in the country of filing but at the same time she also has to prove that she intends to re-establish...

There is a *really* good photographer just round the corner from the embassy on Oxford Street (up about 8 flights of stairs though) he can take photos to the exact requirements for a fairly...

As far as I know she can attend the interview with you.

The easiest thing to do is get her i864 notarized at the embassy by a consular officer.

There is a threshold below which you are not...
