If I were travelling with a family I would apply to london CIC in case you overlook something,missing documents or such IMHO

thanks all,
I'll look into the excess baggage side of it as i can replace my whole toolkit for around £120 english prices, most of my handtools are american-made so can probably be bought cheaper...

Hi,
hopefully flying to Winnipeg around the end of march,LMO in hand & applying for WP when i land. Couple of worries are price of ticket & luggage allowance.
I'll be taking 2 suitcases(work...

thats what my future boss has told me, in winter everything is sheeted up and heated to keep above freezing.Me personally, I'd rather be working in the cold than the rain, which it always seems to be...

I don't think its the climate, a brick-built house will last 100+ years with the right materials, maybe clad is just the regional trend. Just a thought as this will be my first time in Canada :)

thanks Judy, I know i read somewhere about age restrictions but that might of been PNP or PR apps, 1000's of web pages in the last 6 weeks so its hard remembering every detail without that...
