It was wishful thinking on my part to be a Canadian :D Enjoyed living and working in Ontario except for the brutal winters and the high tax rate.

Unfortunately I was only a Canadian PR - came in with my native passport and Bangladesh was put on the list before my entry - strange I was not fingerprinted at the airport.

Interesting - I am from one of the Country's on the list (Bangladesh). I did not have fingerprinting done at the POE when I entered on a K1 in 2004.

Thank you. I was afraid missing the fingerprint appointment would nullify by N400 application. Sounds like that does not happen.

Mailed my N-400 on July 28th to TSC - got the postal return receipt back. Cheque has not been cashed - the latest update shows TSC working on N-400s from July 17th.

The 9/14 Alert says that TSC is processing apps from 7/16 - great! My one was mailed on 7/28 - we are getting there.

Also, with my, there still has not been any sign of the cashed check - I did...
