The property market in Portugal stands alone,mainly from the fact it is not a borrowing society,
Up until 1994 there was only two banks in Portugal giving mortgages.
Plus the fact they have learnt...

The second to last game i flew back to England for was to watch the Makkums.semi-final FA cup @old trafford,
We didnt do to well @ the final though,but had a great w/end in Manchester.

maybe charge the same amount ,just knock off 5% as no maid needed,
+ hourly rate for what gardening you do!

What i did with my pool (concrete) mosaic tiles in dark blue,Absorbs the heat
does work .Mum & dad have a lighter blue same area & it´s warmer than theirs.1 more thing on concrete pools made sure...
