You need to have a bittorrent client installed. The one I use is Azureus, http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ It is quite straightforward to install from memory.

Can't speak for your area but we had real difficulty finding something for our dog here in the north.

Ended up taking her back to dog sitters in UK...
