That crime statistics must be wrong indeed. Johannesburg sits in the top 3 if not the top spot in the world crime. So someone coming from SA I want my top spot back (only kidding).

Nope, sorry. I would have $250k available as a deposit and would want to buy a 3-4 bedroom house in Auckland and they go for $450-550k. Or rather the ones I have really liked on the websites.
