Have been in US for 2.5 yrs now under an E3 from OZ,
Have renewed (no problems, very quick actually but took 3 months for E3D's to come through for the family) and am now thinking about Greencard...

Should be able to lodge under EB-2 but was concerned that the app would be in process at the time of renewal as I dont know how long the time frame is for process and that proof of returning to Oz is...

I am currently 12 months into first E3 term working in San Francisco and our family absolutely love being here. Rather than have the uncertainty of renewals and possible changing of regulations etc...
