Ok... let's see. Looking at everything now, I have:
A Birth Certificate that says United States Air Force Hospital, South Ruislip, Middlesex, England. It has only my name and my mother's name.

No, I was born on an American airbase, but I have a British birth certificate and my naturalization papers. Thanks for the confirmation regarding my sons... that should make things a little easier...
