I have my EAD appointment letter.

Does this mean I can start working or do I have to wait for the appointment? It's been about 90 days since filing and the appointment is in a futher 100 days....

Filed the pack on May10th, received EAD appointment letter today August 6th, appointment in third week of November.

I take it, that's all I need to work, the EAD letter? (Still don't have a A#)...

unfortunatly not.


You made me check, I had not thrown them out, but my bank only sends mea photocopy of the front, should I ask to see the original and look for the A# on the back?

Have you had any response yet, Early April to now is about 90 days, just wondering if there is a further delay, as I filled at the start of May, but need to travel at the start of August....
