how come you chose to do this course in OZ? And are you eligible for student allowance etc?

I've been offered the same course in Auckland, I am considering it at the moment.

With hindsight, no way. I'd probably have headed to Canada. Lot of if, buts and maybes... Not ruling out OZ in the future, seems to suit me better.

Why SA? Simply, for a journalist, it is one of the more interesting parts of the world, right now. You can't ask for more than that.
