We received a e-mail back from LCU concerning our query, they have confirmed receipt,confirmed processing and sent back to our CO so they are getting them after all !

No it never changes once it's gone to the airport! I started chasing it up with the Royal Mail on the 8th......still waiting for a response! At the same time i sent an e-mail to...
