If you have time to do your research it can work out cheaper if you fly to Toronto from London and then book a seperate flight from Toronto to Winnipeg. Hope this helps:)

Thanks Paul and Deb!!! Once London received ours our ecas updated to "in process" and "medical results received" so if you have a good IO yours should update anyday now! If you don't run into any...

I think I am starting to agree with everyone that thinks ecas is unreliable as the last thing ours says is "Medical Results Received" and that was Dec.3 and since then we have received a letter that...
