You don't say where in the UK you want to buy - here's one in Scotland (semi rural position but 20mins commute to Edinburgh, 30mins to Glasgow and 15 mins to Fife).....

I am in a very similar situation (in that my husband built our lovely house which we now have up for sale). It seems that you have your kids interests at heart but your house is your stumbling block....

I have heard the same very good reports of the Kings Edward Mat Hospital in Subiaco, WA - all positive stuff.
What happens if I just phone the obstetrician a tad too late?!! Would I be reprimanded...
