I know that SFR's services (formerly neuf) are not subject to a minimum contract. They do an Internet only ADSL option which I think is about 15€, or the full works for about 30€. There's no setup...

Absolutely gorgeous here in Antibes. The sun's shining, the sky is uninterrupted blue, it's pleasantly mild, and the views of the mountains are crystal clear. It's hard to imagine better weather.
