I've been coming to the states for1-5 months for 7 years , bought a house and car, pay our dues, but now cannot get instate (NM) insurance for our car, even our home insurer wont offer coverage! no...

If your adventurous , try going to Patras and ask a yacht going through the canal for a lift.
You could also try the same method from one of the Marinas, just have a beer in the yachty bars around...

We are temp visiters in New Mexico, in previous years we took out insurance with our home insurer great $450 a year Now its impossible without a NM licence---we don't have a tax ID or SSN ! ...

We live six months a year here in New Mexico and the medical thing is a real pain, the slightest injury costs a fortune because they do all sorts of tests to cover the Hospital & doctors from claims...
