That's the cheapest company formation site I've seen for US incs - can you recommend them or is this site just for an example.

No they didn't, interestingly enough. I personally see it as a way that they can get their company formation business up and running which is a gateway to their immigration, realtors and finance...

Apparently there are no fees only the ones to register the LLC which is comparable with other company formation businesses.

The owner advised me that he's been recommended by Emigrate/Outbound...
