I have haqd some from them, they are great, just working my way through a 5.5lb one now, can recommend them and not a lot of jelly in them either, so that is good.

They may take it into account but the wording should be delicate, dont appear to be trying to hold it over them, they will deny if you do.

You should have at least a general manager for renewal, Employment is very important for L1 renewals.

You can do your Change of status at teh US Embassy in London. just ask for consular processing, you may need a new medical now though.

Would someone who was refused entry 3 years ago undergo more comprehensive security checks by the USCIS if they applied for a L Visa now?

Sometimes if your application has been in for a while they ak for proof that you are still in status, that happend to a friend of mine.

My friend has a E2 but has a business in the UK that he had when he entered the US. it says that if you qulaified when you eneterd the country you can get teh I-140 but the I-485 says you cant...

Hi.

No the application is for a L1-A at the USCIS in vermont, you have to have approval there before you can apply to the embassy for the visa.
