Documents requirements for Parent's I-130

What documents are requried to submit I-130 for parents? also, i don't see any place for photo, is that required?

Also, do I submit I-864 for father and mother separetly?

Hi - this happned to my wife too, our interview was cancelled beause person was going on vacation.

Anyway - do call the local office about the appointment as in our case they keep delaying...

naw thats in everybody head - afghans are treated ok. Pakistani police works differently - police is paid powerly, so they use different means to keep life going (VERY VERY against Islam). So...

Been afghan has nothing to do with police report - for my fiance, my parents wrote a sample letter and had police stamp it.. if one police station doesn't work, go to next one near it.

Processing times for nebraska service center (I-130)

I will be applying for my parents, does anybody know what are "real" dates NSC is processing the I-130 for? not that i care, but uscis website sais Oct 2003 which seems to be too far

My brother who was born in Pakistan (with Pakistan's birth certificate) has Pakistan's Passport. I don't know the law that well in pakistan but it seems like that as long as you can produce...

It takes time but they also can check though. You can send email to embassy about it, they are really good about it.

1. You should ask Embassy in Pakistan about passport. My guess will be, they will need...

They send letters via DHL (similar to FedEx) and ask for ID. My fiance (now wife here in US) interview letter and P3 were mailed via DHL.. and they asked for Id. Also, once my dad called the office...
