Dubizzle has been great for my other half-he is in a villa share (5 of them) in Jumeriah 1 with a pool for 4000, he really likes it.......

Just need to keep ringing and go and see a few places in...

Had a great time, was nice to visit in winter, as summer last time and we could really enjoy the al fresco dining...without sweat pouring onto our plates;)

Being a Sociologist and not an Economist i dont think that anywhere is 'built' entirely on supply and demand and other factors do come into play eg, religion, gender etc but hey....its a personal...

I have family over in UAE who have lived in both Dubai and AD for over 10 years...when i told them i was moving out here that told me to expect it to expect lower wages due to other nationalities...

I know how you feel! My head is also all over the place...

My partner is moving out in Jan for new job and i have to give notice here, find a job in Dubai and try to pack up our home here...

axlenoyl Saw your post and there is currently a job on 'expat woman' for a Reiki therapist advertised on there right now, may be worth sending them your CV for when you arrive so they have you on...

Hi there,

My partner is moving over to Dubai for new job very soon which organises his Visa for him etc.
The problem is, i really want to come over too but we aint married...and many of the jobs...

My experience is within the Charity sector in the UK eg, direct mails, websites, events. I have worked for big charities in London and Manchester but i realise the vol sector isnt big industry (yet)...
