Really! Is she American? I'm from Tallahassee originally, but moved here with my British husband as we really liked the neighborhoods and schools here. People are so friendly and always happy!:)

Try Infinity. Not the greatest company, but more affordable if you have a foreign license. You might also want to take the driving test and get a license issued. The tests aren't as difficult...
