We are hoping (fingers crossed ) to move out next year and do a reccie before then... Is there any particular school better for sports than others.. I have two sports mad children and it something...

I have been speaking to an agent today who has advised me to go for a visa 160 rather than a 163 - he said it is easier and more straight forward for us and then we would apply for pr 890 or 892......

Does anyone know for the Business Visa 163 - We are going to apply for a statesponsorship - would they accept as a type of business buying a house on the sunshine coast with land to have holiday lets...

Thank you.... I think what we are probably going to do is let kids finish the school year in July (if everything works out) and then come and maybe start them in January so gives us plenty of time...

No I hold nothing... Just at the applying stage.. this is what they said to me..

I would suggest you to have a look at the details of Immigration requirements for permanent visa sub-class 892....

Migration have come back to me and suggested a visa 892 might be more suitable as you can run two business on it... Have been realy about a 892 not sure now if I should apply for 892 or 163......
