We had an AOS interview at Milwaukee last October. At the interview when the interviewing agent removed the I94 from his passport we specifically asked if he would need it for travel - the reply was...

Original 1765 received on 7/25 and notice date was 8/29
Biometrics taken on 9/4 in Milwaukee
10/17 online EAD ordered notice
10/22 online EAD ordered notice (yes twice)

Folinskyinla - Just to clarify... Is it the Approval notice that is an EAD for 30 days versus the Notice of Production??? Should we expect an approval notice in the snail mail before the actual EAD...
