Makes me wonder why non uk residents can still get an allowance, guess it must be for other situations.

My partner is an Austrian citizen with passport, hence applying through the Vienna office. Seemed a quicker route than myself applying through the London office.

The aim was to apply through the Vienna CIC with my partner as main applicant on her Austrian passport and me as family member using my British passport. Think we'll need more info on this now...

Must admit I didn't think about the Vienna application only applying to the main applicant or the "out of jurisdiction" possibility. Will have to contact them and...
