if you got any professional level i.e graduation/master then you will take a certificate from your uni which clearrly showes that the medium of instruction is your community language

I applied september 2006 I did takke two IELTS have following Result

First Time L=5.5 , R=6 , W=6, S=5.5 overall = 6
2nd Time L=6.5, R=5 , W=5, S=6 overall=5.5

Firstly ,I study urdu 12 years as subject as well as medium of instruction is also urdu ( High School whicih equivalent to intermediate in pakistan)

Secondly , In B.sc which is Two year Full time...
