is there a car rental company that will allow me to rent in france, travel by ferry to ireland and then return the car in ireland? i need to drive because of a couple of valuable (and breakable)...

My father filed an I-130 IV petition over 4 years ago. I have just got married and changed my address.

What form(s) must be filed to notify USCIS of these chnages?

1) probably Canada.
2) in limbo, as I thought I would have exited Canada, as they do for 'flagpole' re-entries/applications.

Is it okay to apply at any consulate in Canada? I'm staying in B.C. but the Vancouver consulate has a 6 week wait for appointments, whereas, the Toronto consulate has 3 days.

So given that I will always leave when my time is up and that I won't work or be a public charge, how many consecutive VWP visits do you think they will allow before they say "wait a minute"...

I'm just a visitor who won't break any rules/laws or overstay my lawful time, but would like to enjoy the US as long as possible. (I don't need to work and I don't need any financial assistance).
