The Tivoli Hotel on the Marina is open & we went last year.....
They have a nice Bar / restaurant & usually entertainment on...

The SPA is also very good,

Yes as Cleri says...power tools also very expensive....
Bring lots of adaptars for current elecrical items,

Someone I know shipped over flooring / kitchen etc as there wasa great difference....

It may be worth considering buying any construction materials if possible....

Ie internal / external doors / kitchens....materials are very expensive here compared to UK..
