I flew out to Sydney 2 weeks ago & couldn't believe the weather.Our house has 6 smashed windows from the hail!(yep..Glenhaven!)

Back in the UK for xmas.Thought the weather might follow me back...

We have favourite suburbs it depends on prices.We are biased as we are trying to live close to my relatives too.

We are looking at Castle HIll,West Pennant Hills,Bella Vista,Wahroonga & Warrawee...

I think schools in Australia need to see their work as they start school a year later there.Not sure where to put my oldest as he is in year 3 in UK.He is bright & the schools I am talking to in...

Also,we are shipping everything over,but a bit fed up with the thought of living with the contents of 1 suitcase for 12 weeks!!:rofl:I am not known for travelling light!!:)

I have spoken to all airlines.Singapore,Emirates,Virgin all charge around £34 per kilo for excess!! BA charge £60 per bag (extra 23kg) & Quantas do a migration ticket for £700 pp.

Sorry..I know Singapore airlines & Quantas offer 40kgs to permanent visa's.We are going on a Business visa subclass 163..which is temporary.We are staying permanently if we like it.We are on a 4 year...
