Rentals go so quickly becasue the demand is so big. Lots of people come to tauranga. Not just from overseas but people who are fed up with Auckland. One estimate said that it was 50 new people move...

Wellington is a great City but my god it is very windy. Lots of wet days too. You can't really compare it to Brisbane in that sense, because that part of OZ gets a great deal hotter and is still warm...
