Depends what kind of internship. If its unpaid for, or inofficially paid for, a visit visa is fine. For any kind of internship here unlike Europe you can't just apply. At least that's unheard of to...

Hey Jeni, I just recently moved to Abu Dhabi as well, been here 4 weeks now working in Oil&Gas. 20s, female, single, too and you should be fine. You can go to the Malls and the cinema and the Hotels...
