Great thanks for that advice Pollyana, may renew it in time but also want to get this citizenship application in soon and want to try and keep costs down to a minimum at the moment with citizenship...

My son emigrated with us in 2008 when he was only 16 he has spent a total of 600 days here and moved back to Uk.

His 136 visa expires in April 2013, he is wanting to come back to Oz in Feb 2013....

If you have a student loan you need to contact them before you leave and give them your forwarding address. Each year they will contact you and ask for proof of earnings overseas, they then work out...

To work as a casual, you can just call/ ring the local centre, tell them you are looking for work, email/show qualifications and they usually have plenty of work available to cover for...

I came over with childcare qualifications, I sent my certified certificates off to be assessed and i don't remember them taking 8 weeks, but this maybe the case now as this was back in 2008.
