Yes we have heard that term a few times now - Dubai 10 years ago and the rate the buildings are being constructed you can definately see that..I suppose its what you make it - btw how is it for...

There is a great book you can buy on Qatar called 1st Edition Explorer The complate residents guige - Qatar - there seems to be quite a few things for kids to do and you can hire the Doah Club...
